Having lived in (7) states from coast to coast before moving to Tucson from northern California, Bob loves sharing his discovery of how many folks have gone to school here, taken career opportunities elsewhere, and then eventually returned to Tucson’s less hectic pace of life, friendly climate, and the subliminal effect of the area’s encircling ring of scenic and embracing mountain ranges.
Starting his real estate career in 2006, Bob quickly learned the additional people and negotiating skills needed to survive and thrive in what was one of the most difficult real estate markets in U.S. history. He found that by initially focusing primarily on Buyers, this was giving him the experience to later confidently counsel Sellers on how best to prepare and present their homes to achieve top dollar in the shortest time on market.
After graduating from Syracuse University with a political science/pre-law degree and an additional degree in marketing, he served four years as a USAF Titan II crew commander. In addition to his 13+ years in Tucson area real estate, Bob’s background includes 25+ years of Silicon Valley sales/mktg/negotiating, and seven years in restaurant management. This strong combination of objective focus, customer sensitivity, and communication skills enables Bob to flexibly adapt to a wide range of personalities, backgrounds, ages, and needs.
Bob’s primary focus is on single family homes in the $250-850K range north of River Rd, Tucson’s scenic foothills, Oro Valley, Dove Mountain/Marana, and Saddlebrooke, with a special affinity for helping downsizing sellers, 2nd home buyers, snowbirds, relocations, and retirees.
Bob and his wife Jan have two grown children, three grandchildren, and live happily with their now 11 year old (and 7th) beloved Dobie “Lewdy”. His recreational diversions include golf, photography, numismatics, classic rock, pop & country music, and seaside vacations. He’s ez to reach, ez to work with, and strives tirelessly to assure your complete satisfaction.
