* In late August my wife and I decided to come to Arizona from N. Dakota to find a winter home. We all know buying and selling a home can be very stressful to say the least, and we were worried that working with a Realtor would force us into buying a home we really might not want. Then Bob kicked in. First he sat us down to simply get to know us better and figure out what we might be looking for, and honestly we really didn’t know. Bob kicked in again.  On only our second day . . . BAMM! We walked into this home and both of us just stood there saying “Oh my God, THIS IS IT!”

I was so excited, I said “The price is fine too!”, but Bob kicked in again and said “Easy now, let’s see what the home is really worth first.” The next day he had information on five similar homes and suggested we offer $11,000 less. Go figure, he nailed it, and they accepted our initial offer which even included a beautiful nearly new stainless steel refrigerator!
Next, the Inspection Period was nothing to us as we thought the home was perfect. But Bob stepped in again saving us literally $1000’s in repairs and purchase of furnishings on a separate Bill of Sale.
We were two innocents from North Dakota with no knowledge of Tucson or any clue about what would make a good buy, and instead of taking advantage of us, Bob took us under his wing and treated us like royalty.  Don and Kim D.

* The biggest challenge we were facing was that there were already quite a few homes in our neighborhood for sale, several with exactly the same floor plan, and none of them selling very quickly. So one of the first things Bob did was take us on a tour of the other nearby homes for sale so we could better visualize what we would be competing against. This was huge in helping us to arrive at a comfortable asking price for our home.

Bob then helped us re-arrange some of our furnishings and décor pieces to better showcase our home’s strong points. He also encouraged us to consider some cosmetic improvements and repairs to help elevate Buyers’ first impressions, which we not only agreed to, but which undoubtedly helped us to sell as quickly as we did.

After just one day on the market we received an offer only a few thousand off our asking price which we happily accepted. It turns out that of the 84 other single-story homes that had sold in our subdivision over the last three years, ours was the only one to have sold in just one day!

Bob knows what it takes to get a home truly ready for sale, how to interpret comparable market sales, and how to arrive at the best price range to not only catch the most Buyers quickly, but still keep as much money in our pockets as possible.  In a nutshell, we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience we had working with Bob, and would strongly encourage anyone thinking of selling to contact Bob first.

* After more than 7 months of unsuccessfully home searching with another agent, we came across Bob at a beautiful open house he was hosting the Saturday before Christmas.
